Delivery of Machine Embroidery Design Files:
Pls log in to Your Account and click Downloads Management for 5-15 seconds after payment. Please post payments to check your email. You get embroidery formats of the files (ART, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PCS, PEC, PES, SEW, CND, XXX) in ZIP-files.
On some images of embroidery designs, we show the frames specifically to get a better idea of what looks like embroidery, frames are not included in the cost of our embroidery, of course, we sell only the files.
Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of machine embroidery designs (software), there is NO refund, exchange or returns, but we will provide technical support. Please try out one of our free designs if you are unsure that your hardware will support our designs.
We guarantee only the quality of the files and formats we provide. If you purchase our designs for conversion or resizing, then you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for the quality of the converted or resized files or failure to convert or to resize them.

Copyright Policy:

You can sell or give away items that you produce with our designs. However, you cannot sell or share the design file. This policy also applies to our free designs. If you know someone who would like our designs, please ask them to visit our website.
